The Bash Music Festival will take place August 12–14, 2027, at Summit Motorsports Park, located at 1300 OH-18, Norwalk, Ohio 44857. Twenty-two music acts will take the stage over three days.

Festival FAQ

Best way to get to Summit Motorsports Park +
Summit Motorsports Park is located approximately 25 minutes south of Sandusky. From Toledo you can take 90 East to Rt 250 and from Cleveland you can take 90 West. If you are coming from the South, take Rt 13 to Rt 250. Summit Motorsports Park address is 1300 OH-18 Norwalk, OH 44857
What ages are allowed? +
The Bash is an all-ages show. Kids 11 and under get in free. Kids 12 and older will need to purchase a pass. Wristbands will be provided. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I buy passes? +
We will post a link here to our tickets when they are on sale.
When do gates open? +
Gates will open at 6pm on Thursday and 3pm on Friday and Saturday.
What happens if the weather is bad? +
The Bash is a rain-or-shine event, however, it is possible festival may be paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel. Our festival management team is constantly monitoring weather conditions and consulting with the National Weather Service to ensure the safest event possible.

If fans need to evacuate due to inclement weather, they will need to leave the venue and return to their vehicle or camper to temporarily seek shelter. This notification will be made by audio and video announcements from the stages. Announcements will be made on k100 radio when the weather event has passed and it is safe to return to the venue.
Can I re-enter the festival? +
If you purchased a festival pass, once you enter the venue through one of the ticket gates you are in. If you leave, re-entry will not be permitted. The only exception to this is if you are camping. Campers may leave and re-enter the show area until 7pm. You must have a camping wristband. After that time, you will not be permitted to re-enter.

Lost and Found is located at Will Call.
How can my band get on the bill? +
We are looking for local talent for the 2028 Bash. The best way to submit your band would be to email us at thebashmusicfest@gmail.com Include your band name, contact info and links to live performances. We will try our best to review all submissions.
Medical Prescriptions +
Medical prescriptions are allowed in as long the name on the container matches the person and they have their ID.
Can we bring chairs into the venue? +
Foldable camping chairs and blankets are allowed in section C only.
Allowed Items +
  • Cell phones and small portable chargers
  • Hats, sunglasses and earplugs
  • Small bottle of non-aerosol sunscreen
  • Small, point-and-shoot digital cameras
  • Sealed packs of cigarettes, vape pens and e-cigarettes
  • Foldable camping chairs and blankets are allowed in section C only
  • Breastfeeding pump and supplies
  • We strongly encourage you to not bring any bags. If you must bring a bag, please abide by our bag policy below:
Items Not Allowed in Show Area +
  • No large bags, backpacks, or duffle bags – see bag policy in allowed items
  • No weapons of any kind, fireworks or explosives
  • No illegal drugs or paraphernalia
  • No pets (except registered service animals)
  • No chains, chain wallets, or spikes
  • No metal or glass containers (flasks, Yetis, Stanley, Owala or other metal containers)
  • No camelbacks or other refillable hydration packs
  • No umbrellas
  • No aerosol cans
  • No coolers (unless medically necessary) or picnic baskets (both are permitted in camping areas, just not inside ticketed venue)
  • No outside food or beverages including alcohol
  • No strollers
  • No drones, laptops or tablets
  • No professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses
  • No selfie sticks, video cameras, GoPros or other audio/video recording devices
  • No lasers or laser pointers
  • No balloons, beach balls, hula hoops or inflatables
  • No confetti, whistles, air horns, megaphones or glow sticks
  • No musical instruments of any kind
  • No colors or patches
  • No walkie talkies/two-way radios
  • No unauthorized vending or advertising
Your safety is our main concern. These items are subject to change at any time and at the discretion of the security staff. Violation of these rules may be cause for removal from venue without refund.
